10x kettlebell flow

This sequence is like a marriage between vinyasa yoga pilates on steroids with resistance training in large range of motion.

The set-up is a series of ten exercises. Hold two heavy KB’s. Either same weight or choose asymmetrical load. Repeat the sequence on the other ‘side’. Reps in each exercise; 1 to 12.

2.) single leg dead lift

3.) single leg transition

4.) leg pull

5. ) leg pull up dog

6..) transition to revere table top

7.) squat and wheel

8.). reach sideways

9.) transition to standing

10.) single leg jumps
