MANGO RULES

I feel blessed to be able to live and work for my passion of movements. My intention is to bring vitality into our being. I embrace movements as an approach to cultivate and realize our untapped potential. I believe the only way to have a body you love is to treat it with unlimited respect and to train it with awareness. You will find optimal health when you become connected to your body and learn to listen to its needs. Only when you have truly accepted yourself, you can begin to heal and create more health for yourself.

I believe that you can choose health in every single moment of your life. There is always a path towards health, vitality and happiness or something that will bring you in the opposite direction. What do you choose today?

  • Have fun and stay close to your heart.
  • Be where you are. Enjoy all the cells in your body.
  • Think positive and act positive. What you give is what you get.
  • Love your whole body, it’s part of who you are. Respect your own shape and move from your own space.
  • Sleep properly. The hours between 11 pm to 5 am are most important.
  • Drink lots of water during the day between your meals. Drink plenty after waking up and stay wet and wild all day long.
  • Eat when you are hungry. Stop when you have had enough. Chill and sit down while you are eating. Chew your food and chew your food. And chew your food again.
  • Eat whole foods. Only from nature. Everything else sucks. Veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables are you true friends. Minimize your consumption of meat and go for fish, seafood and game instead. Minimize dairy products and wheat. Sometimes food supplements can be good, especially vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and omega 3 (flax seed oil and vitamin D). But try always to go for REAL food.
  • A good time to eat is breakfast around 6, lunch 12 and dinner 18. Skip your snacks!
  • Make sure to poop. Love your belly.
  • Breath. With awareness.
  • Walk, run, dance, ski or cycle 30-60 minutes per day. Your feet are born to move and heart for pumping.
  • Not too tight and not to loose! Challenge your system in a movement journey and learn from 360°. Learn how to play with gravity, to create space and to move with ease. Everything you need is already within you. Say yes to unleash it.
  1. Total attention and relaxtion- stopping the internal dialogue and the not-doing of the body.
  2. Intention and radiation- the direction.
  3. Rooting and centering- gravity, rebound force and core connection.
  4. Elongating- the opening of the inner body.
  5. Breathing- the pulsation of the body.
  • Massage your body. All parts. Rub up against someone daily. With or without an oil.
  • Free your body. What are you waiting for?
  • Nobody puts baby in a corner!
