Space m yoga is a practice of movement and relaxation. Learning how to explore the space within and around the body and how to move with ease. An invitation to create more possibilities within your practice. Space m yoga is a blend of classical yoga postures with innovative movement. Encouraging the body to move in a 360˚capacity, with undulations, articulations and wave like patterns. The practice begins with simple, slow, fluid movements, developing into integrated active sequences, with a constant focus on the transitional moments.
Magnus Ringberg created the method and today he continues to evolve the program together with Anna Fellström, Liv Örnerfors and Aimee Challies. Learn more about the method in a teacher training, workshop or class.
