75 minutes of dynamic Space M Yoga; class type 2. A fluid practice with full body integration. Beginning with a warm up segment, followed by a long thread of movement initiated by one side of the body, then repeated a second time with the other leading side. Next, cultivating energy in the midline salutations, turning the body upside down in the inversion segment and then arriving on the floor for the finishing segment.
