Your beliefs about your body will affect you. The words you tell yourself (or your students) can support the practice in a helpful way.

  1. If you think something is bad or dangerous, do you know the reasons why?

  2. How can you gain more confidence to minimise fear of movement?

  3. Can you change restrictions and limitations into possibilities?

It’s an interesting journey to redefine beliefs and navigate towards more movement optimism.
