Space M Yoga

Welcome to Space M Yoga! This class offers a glimpse into my latest series, featuring two of six modules. This introductory session is approximately 35 minutes long and designed to help you ease into your practice.

For this class, you’ll need a yoga mat, two large blocks, and a strap. If you don’t have blocks or a strap, don’t worry! You can use a long belt or towel as a substitute for the yoga strap during that section.
