In this online live Space M Kettlebell Workshop you’ll explore a loaded flexibility training program. Develop your strength in large range of motion and tap into new experiences of body awareness. This is the perfect input if you like to add more resistance training in your movement practice or if you like to add more flexibility training in your resistance training. Learn short sequences that you can easily integrate in your exercise regime.

Equipment: You need Kettlebells during the workshop (dumbbells can also work in many of the exercises). I recommend a pair of KBs (8-16 kg) and one lighter weight (4-14 kg) for single arm work/presses, a Thick yogamat, and two large blocks.
