Music SATS

Through the years, I've been using music in my group exercise classes in various ways. Depending on the aim of the class (and the context), the music may have more or less presence. For a long time, I thought music was a hugely important part, but at other times, I felt that it was hindering.

For me, the most important part is the movement and how we can explore individual expression. Here are the playlists for my two classes at the SATS Festival on March 21st: Motion is Lotion and Space M Yoga. Enjoy.
