Tap into a dynamic yoga practice open to all levels. An inspiration day with Magnus Ringberg and Space M Yoga live on Zoom. Explore four different types of classes. Saturday 10th of January + replay for 2 months (on-demand). If you can’t join live you can only use the replay.

Loaded Flexibility Day

In this online workshop you’ll explore a loaded flexibility training program. Develop your strength in large range of motion and tap into new experiences of body awareness. This is the perfect input if you like to add more resistance training in your movement practice or if you like to add more flexibility training in your resistance training. Learn short sequences that you can easily integrate in your exercise regime.

For who? Open for all levels. If you can´t join live, you access everything with a replay (available 2 months)

Equipment: You need Kettlebells during the workshop (dumbbells can also work in many of the exercises). I recommend a pair of KBs (8-16 kg) and one lighter weight (4-14 kg) for single arm work/presses, a Thick yogamat, two large blocks, and a mini-band. The recommendations of weight is highly individual.

Elastic workshop

A two-day workshop with the focus towards bodyweight exercise. Learn how to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength in your exercise program. You will integrate slide pads, blocks and elastic bands (mini and long). The main idea is how you can find an individual movement expression. After the weekend you will get access to an on-demand digital material (available 12 months) that will support your learning practice. Inform your movement practice.

For who? Movement enthusiasts and teachers/instructors.
