Ramatuelle 2025
Another workshop with Fitstudio in Ramatuelle, France. This time, we explored the Space M yoga syllabus, and I’m so thankful to have met both old and new participants. It’s always a pleasure to be back working with Eva Winskill. The focus was on the Expansion and Salutations modules and discovering individual movement expressions. We also conducted an inversion segment, introducing headstands and handstands with helpful techniques to get started, along with insights on alignment. A huge thank you to everyone who attended!
