Studio F

It's always a pleasure returning to Studio F Pilates in Vicenza, Italy. I've been teaching classes and providing private training to the studio members and staff. It's an honor to be re-invited to this gem and very fun to meet both old and familiar students together with new ones.

We also recorded a new Space M Yoga® video with the master filmmaker John Vergolani and amazing demonstrations with Francesca Bernardi. This project is going to enhance the 360-degree movement experience and is hopefully set to release in late spring. Stay tuned!

I will return to Vicenza for a workshop from the 12th to the 14th of June.
