Tour Skåne
Kettlebell sessions on the dunes at Vitemölla in the region of Skåne. Keeping up with consistency. Learning to navigate the ebb and flow. Exploring present body. I usually go for 4 supersets. Each superset consists of 3–4 sets, and each exercise is around 6–12 reps. A few of them are based on time instead of reps. Trying to stick to the basics.
Vitemölla is near Kivik, and this area is probably best known to most Swedes for its apples and as a common fika stop if you tour Österlen. We also stopped by Åhus, where we used to live, and took a dip at our favourite beach spot. Some of you joined me for weekly yoga classes and SUP training sessions back in 2014 to 2017.
