Unknown

Results in your practice are influenced by both known and unknown factors.

We often focus on understanding what we already know (which is logical) but we struggle much more to accept what we don't know.

Not knowing the answer (yet) leads to asking more questions and creates opportunities to learn and develop knowledge. The answers will continually evolve and be redefined.

Feeling lost is not a bad thing. Not knowing all is normal. Keep moving forward through times of uncertainty.
