In this live online Space M Workshop, you’ll explore four different types of loaded flexibility training programs. You will develop strength through a large range of motion and gain new experiences in body awareness. ​ This workshop is perfect for those looking to incorporate more resistance training into their movement practice or add more flexibility training to their resistance routines. You’ll learn sequences that can be easily integrated into your exercise regimen. ​

Who is it for? Open to all levels. If you can’t join live, you can access everything via the replay.

Required Equipment: You will need kettlebells or dumbbells for the workshop. I recommend a pair (8-16 kg) and one lighter weight (4-14 kg) for single-arm work and presses, a thick yoga mat, and two large blocks. Additionally, we will use a box, chair, or table for some assisted elevated movements.
