A two-day workshop with the focus towards bodyweight exercise. Learn how to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength in your exercise program. You will integrate slide pads, blocks and elastic bands (mini and long). The main idea is how you can find an individual movement expression. After the weekend you will get access to an on-demand digital material (available 12 months) that will support your learning practice. Inform your movement practice.
