Elastic workshop


A two-day workshop with the focus towards bodyweight and loaded exercises. l Learn how to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength in your exercise program. You will integrate dumbbells, slide pads, blocks, and mini-bands. The main idea is how you can find an individual movement expression. After the weekend you will get access to an on-demand digital material (available 12 months) that will support your learning practice. Inform your movement practice.

Day 1

  • 09:00-09:15 introduction

  • 09:15-10:15 class 1; slide pads + elastic bands

  • 10:30-12:00 workshop movement break down

  • 12:00-13:00 lunch

  • 13:00-15:30 workshop movement break down

  • 15:45-16:45 class 2; weights + elastic bands

  • 16:45-17:00 wrapping up day 1

Day 2

  • 09:00-09:15 program design

  • 09:15-10:15 class 3; slide pads + blocks

  • 10:30-12:00 workshop movement break down

  • 12:00-13:00 lunch

  • 13:00-14:45 program design

  • 14:45-15:45 class 4; all-in-one

  • 15:45-16:00 wrapping up day 2
