A two-day workshop with the focus towards bodyweight and loaded exercises. l Learn how to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength in your exercise program. You will integrate dumbbells, slide pads, blocks, and mini-bands. The main idea is how you can find an individual movement expression. After the weekend you will get access to an on-demand digital material (available 12 months) that will support your learning practice. Inform your movement practice.
