Ice Running

Last week, Göteborg on Sweden's West Coast was hit by snow chaos. Today, I decided to unleash my office legs and escape to Änggårdsbergen for an icy winter run.

It’s fascinating how the soundscape becomes so quiet in the snow, allowing you to notice subtle nuances—like the rhythm of your own breathing. With incredible grip from my Icebug running shoes, I felt secure and connected to the ground, pushing confidently both uphill and downhill.

Now I’m back home, refreshed, with a reset mind and body. The amazing outdoors.
