Live workshop
In this workshop (on Zoom) you’ll explore a loaded flexibility training program. Develop your strength in large range of motion and tap into new experiences of body awareness. This is the perfect input if you like to add more resistance training in your movement practice or if you like to add more flexibility training in your resistance training. Learn short sequences that you can easily integrate in your exercise regime.
For who? Open for all levels. If you can´t join live, you access everything with a replay (available 2 months)
Equipment: You need Kettlebells during the workshop (dumbbells can also work in many of the exercises). I recommend a pair of KBs (8-16 kg) and one lighter weight (4-14 kg) for single arm work/presses, a thick yogamat, two large blocks, and a chair/box/table. The recommendations of weight is highly individual.
