Stavanger, Norway

Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate once again with the amazing House of Movement in Stavanger, Norway. Working alongside the inspiring founder, Anette Bonnez, has been a true privilege over the years, and each project we tackle together is a rewarding experience.

This year, we dove into meaningful topics like exercise and pain, running and resistance training, run club and reformer intense—a journey filled with engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, and dynamic classes.

Amidst the hustle, we even found time to sit down, share a couple of cups of coffee, and co-write two articles. Moments like these remind me how much I value these collaborations and the connections they bring.

I’m also to grateful for the chance to connect with personal trainer Erik Hansen, Anette’s talented colleague. We had a great chat, and Erik gave me an insightful tour of some fascinating equipment in the resistance and sports conditioning world. If you’re looking to level up your resistance training practice, I can’t recommend Erik enough. He’s the real deal—knowledgeable, passionate, and someone who truly walks the talk. Thank you, Erik, for sharing your expertise and inspiration! 💪✨

Thank you, Anette, and the entire House of Movement team, for another inspiring chapter in our journey together! 🙏✨
