I'm getting tired and disappointed. Can we please stop sharing one-exercise descriptions as solutions for different types of pain, injury, and diseases?

The reality is much more nuanced, and this type of narrative oversimplifies and misleads people. I know it's tempting to offer quick fixes and easy solutions, but the truth is more complex.

The culture of clickbait and tagging others for attention is a one-sided benefit. Everyone on the other side—those experiencing pain, injury, or disease—becomes an easy target.

Let's share material that's rooted in updated knowledge and helps our community focus on what matters most.
